Ryan's room. You will not believe the transformation.
Nursery. Little but cute and cozy. Also there is a third bedroom upstairs but the realtor choose not to take a picture because of the color...florescent orange with scooby-do boarder. Ryan didn't see anything wrong with that room. :)
Backyard...which is in the process of being gutted. The pictures actually look a lot better than it really was.
Looks okay right...all rotted underneath!
